"Fantastic location !! The absolute best part of this apartment . It’s central with very easy access to metro and not too far from all the touristy places you’d typically visit. Lot of cool shops around (clothes , shoes, bags ) , restaurants, bakeries etc . The apartment was clean on arrival , keys pickup instructions were also easy to follow ."

"Small stuff - I read the reviews before booking so i knew to expect the awkward stairs , it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or very little kids but my friends are i are 40ish so there was no trouble with that . There’s absolutely no early check-in available, Booking.com may give you that option and say that your early check-in request was approved but it’s not the case , even if you reach closer to the day of arrival to apartment owners , they are just going to say No and tell you to pay to another private business to get your bag held for you while you roam around for hours . If you’re arriving earlier than 4pm , just prepare your mind and make your own plans."

"Firsr of all, inside is as seen from the pictures and it was cleaned well. Room sizes are ok, heating and hot water was perfect. The washing machine, cooker and dish washer was perfect. There is even an espresso machine. The location is really really central, there are underground stations in 2 mins distance both ways, and you can go popular destinations in 10-15 mins by walking."

"The property was in a great location. It was perfect for a family of 6. When we arrived, we noticed there were steep steps and there were renovations taking place outside the apartment. We didn’t think the flat was suitable bc we had elderly parents. we promptly called the letting agents and they were great. They immediately found us another apartment that was close by that was great for our family. They were very helpful. Cedric was very professional and so responsive."

"The property was great. It was rustic and brand new so it felt like it needed to be e worn in but we were so grateful that they found a new place for us so quickly that we settled right in. The kit he was perfect for 6. There was only one bathroom but we managed well."

"Es poco práctico para familias con niños porque tiene demasiadas escaleras. La habitación de matrimonio del piso superior es sin puertas, y ese baño tiene la mampara de ducha estropeada, se escapaba el agua. Los WC estaban los dos en la planta baja y muy alejados de las habitaciones y las duchas. Otra cosa extraña es la forma de entrar al edificio. Además, si vas en grupo solo te dan una llave, lo que sería mejorable."

"El departamento esta muy bien distribuido en cuanto a los dormitorios, estar y cocina, tiene muchas facilidades como la lavadora que nos sacó de apuro. La cocina nos ayudó mucho porque calentaba rápido y se podía cocinar fácilmente."

"El apartamento es hermoso. Al llegar y verlo se comprueba que es una fiel copia de lo visto en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. La ubicación es excelente, central y de fácil acceso a los diferentes puntos principales ya que tiene varias conexiones a líneas del metro muy cercanas. Fuimos 5 personas y el área de estar funcionó perfectamente como una habitación adicional. Descansamos mucho gracias a lo silencioso del lugar y lo cómodas que eran las camas. Todo estaba muy limpio y en su lugar. Realmente quedamos dichosos de haber hecho tan excelente elección."

"Realmente todo nos encantó, sin embargo, como recomendación a futuros viajeros les diríamos 2 cosas. 1. Tengan muy presente las instrucciones de llegada para recolectar las llaves y tengan a la mano la información que envían por email con las claves para ingresar ya que se puede complicar un poco el ingreso. A nosotros nos fue muy bien aunque no habíamos recibido la clave de la puerta pero al escribir por WhatsApp solicitándola la enviaron inmediatamente. 2. El edificio al interior es antiguo y parte de las zonas comunes están un poco descuidadas, no se vayan a asustar ya que al ingresar al apartamento todo cambia y es hermoso."

The apartment had ample space for our family of 5 - although unique double loft design meant a lot of stairs. The area was reasonably safe and had lots of diverse ethnic restaurants, shops, and easy subway access."

"Frankly, it was all good. This was our first air bnb type experience. The price of 450 Euros ($500 American Dollars) a night felt steep - but it is downtown Paris. If we had gotten two hotel rooms, it would have cost us more."
